1. Service Agreement

By engaging with Nextymize Technology, you agree to our terms of service for software development, web design, and digital consultancy.

2. Intellectual Property

All custom code, designs, and applications developed by Nextymize Technology remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which rights are transferred to the client.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payments for digital services are handled via secure gateways like Razorpay. Due to the nature of digital work, refunds are subject to the specific milestones defined in the project contract.
